INTERNATIONAL INTEREST FOR SCIENCE FICTION

Last month SCIENCE FICTION won ‘The Public’s Choise-Award’ (le Prix du Public 2003) at the youth film festival of Montréal.

More than 30 feature films from 15 different countries were shown at 'Le Festival International de Film pour Enfants de Montréal' (Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Hong Kong, Iran, Norway, USA, Great-Britain, Slovakia, Sri Lanka, Sweden).
A variety of workshops, among an on-line film critic workshop, were organised for the visiting children. The feature film which was selected by the film festival was SCIENCE FICTION. The young attendants first had to visit this movie during the festival and then surf to the website where they were guided through the process of film analysing.

Science Fiction is now playing in the Dutch cinema’s and will be released in Germany in September 2003.

In the meanwhile SCIENCE FICTION is sold to France, Israel, Latin America and Mexico.
