Het Echte Leven - In Real Life
In Real Life is a film about young director Martin (Ramsey Nasr) who is making a film in which his girlfriend Simone (Sallie Harmsen) plays the main part. He himself is responsible for the other role. In his film, called In Real Life, Simone has to start a love affair with another man to prove her true love for him. Things go wrong when the other main role is played by Dirk (Loek Peters), a crewmember who can only play himself. From that moment on, real life takes over in Martin's feature.

In Real Life is a production of IDTV Film, in coproduction with Fu Works, with the support of the Nederlands Fonds voor de Film en the Suppletiefonds. The film will be released by A-Film Distribution, from september 25, 2008.
In Real Life opened the Dutch Film Festival 2008.
